From the initial introduction, the showing of the property and the moving in process, I felt informed, supported and very welcomed almost like I was moving with friends. The exchange of details, contract and manner of Lynne shown was very professional and efficient.

If there was any issues with the property or if I have any concerns or queries; Lynne would always reply very timely with an answer, remedy or an plan of action highlighting dates that were super quick and always met. If plans couldn't be met; Lynne would always give myself and the other tenants plenty of notice and a detailed plan B.

I contacted Lynne through email or telephone; which was nice as she would always communicate in a method that suited me. Lynne always responded so fast; day or night regardless of what day it was.. showcasing the commitment Lynne had as a landlord.

A very good, well designed property, that has easy links to the local trains, buses and shops. I find that most Landlords are intrusive however never had an issue at this property. They were always at the end of the phone if you needed them for anything but never bothered you unless essential.

I stayed at this property for 6 months as a stop gap to buying a house and would happily have stayed there longer as it was perfect to commute to London and more importantly hassle free!

I started using Hamlyn to manage my 6 bed HMO property back in sept 2019, Lynne managed to fill the property within a couple of weeks of the advertisement going live.

Lynne conducted all the viewings, and as an estate agent myself I was very impressed how she conducted the viewings and tenancy set up; Informing potential tenants in detail of the house and facilities available and carrying out the essential credit checks and paperwork in good time and organising check-ins and inventory checks. Lynne manages everything in a super-efficient and professional manner.

Unlike other large agency's Lynne offers a bespoke service, which extends well beyond the normal scope of an estate and lettings agency. Included in the service, she liaises with the council directly to obtain the license and has an incredible depth of knowledge on HMO legislation and complexities. Lynne was incredibly helpful when advising on making necessary changes to the internal property during development.
