Description
An HMO project for one of our clients is converting a 3 bed dwelling with kitchen, lounge and family bathroom into a 6 bed all-ensuite with open plan kitchen lounge area and a separate laundry room.
This project is a major renovation project which included opening up part of the basement not previously in use and turning it into a laundry room. The entire basement area including where the new kitchen and lounge will be had to be completely tanked to prevent damp and water ingress.
The project is is currently live and undergoing works. Regular photos of the project will be uploaded onto our website showing progress through the various stages of the project.
